Project example 1
Development of a comprehensive roadmap and program management for the harmonization of the ERP landscape of an internationally active company in the franking machine sector. The aim was to consolidate and harmonize different systems such as NetSuite, SAP and Sage in order to create a uniform, future-proof IT architecture.

My tasks included managing several parallel projects across different countries and business units, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, risk management and setting up clear governance structures. I developed rollout plans, set up change management measures, led project teams and monitored compliance with time, budget and quality targets. Through regular status reports and strategic coordination with the management, I was able to create transparency and accelerate decision-making processes.
Project example 2
Program management for the international launch of a new business unit (“Vertical”) at a leading company in the classifieds sector. The aim was to prepare and implement the market launch of the new offering, initially in a pilot market - specifically in Canada - with subsequent scaling to other countries.

As part of my role, I established the overarching project structure, defined responsibilities and milestones and coordinated the coordination between product development, marketing, operations and international stakeholders. I set up C-level reporting, identified and mitigated risks and regularly reviewed progress in terms of market preparation, technical integration, user acceptance and KPIs, with a particular focus on the synchronized management of the product roadmap, local market development and internal change processes - both at head office and in the regional teams. The successful pilot in Canada formed the basis for the subsequent international rollout.

As part of the project, a structured analysis phase was carried out based on a large number of management interviews, workshops and data analyses. Based on this, specific optimization potentials were identified and brought together in an overarching target image for more efficient and customer-oriented processes.
A particular focus was on developing a viable change concept and practical implementation planning that involved both central and decentralized units. To ensure the sustainability of the changes, I involved the internal “initiative owners” at an early stage, defined clear responsibilities and worked specifically towards a structured handover. This enabled the handover to the line organization to take place smoothly and with a high level of acceptance.

I have worked for and with well-known companies and leading consultancies and understand the dynamics of a wide range of industries, including infrastructure, digital platforms and regulated markets.
In addition to my consulting work, I teach project and change management at HTW Berlin and pass on my knowledge in lectures, workshops and specialist publications. My approach is to combine sound strategy with operational excellence in order to lead projects to success even under difficult conditions.
